Moveball   50 Minutes

Our Move Ball class is an exciting, innovative fitness training system for everyone. No equipment necessary! It's a whole body cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout that is extremely functional, time effective, and fun! The Move Ball itself is a weighted rubber ball with two handles, integrating all the pulling, pressing, rotating, and swinging capabilities of a dumbbell, kettle bell, and medicine ball into one piece of portable equipment. 

Sweat It up!   1 hour

The name says it all in this floor aerobics class. This kind of aerobic workout is not primarily performed lying or sitting on the floor and is performed to upbeat music to get you moving and it uses little to no equipment. Great for everyone!

Classes

YOGA class is about an hour of Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises and sequences designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones, ending with Savasana (deep breathing and relaxation).

30/30   1 hour

30 minutes of Circuit Training for all major muscle groups and 30 minutes of easy to follow, basic Step Aerobics for burning fat. Good for all fitness levels.

Kickbox Cardio 55 Minutes

Kickboxing is a fun and effective cardio workout that engages almost every muscle in your body. So instead of trudging along on the treadmill, try this class to burn calories and tone your arms, abs, shoulders, back, and legs at the same time!

Step Class   1 Hour

Judy's classic step is a fun, full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. This class gets your heart and lungs in shape and Step aerobics is a terrific cross-training activity for runners, cyclists, and walkers.

New! Interval training! 50 Minutes

This class involves a series of low- to high-intensity exercise workouts with portable equipment, interspersed with rest periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity. It is great for the Heart, Lungs and all muscle groups.
